The first annual Standing Bear Bash is happening. The pig has arrived and will start being cooked at about 5:00 tomorrow morning. Hiker feed starts between 4:00 and 5:00 tomorrow afternoon. There will be live music by the Pond Brothers, a bluegrass/reggae fusion band out of Ashville N.C. from 6:00 to 9:00. Tenting is available for $15 per tent and a $5 donation for the feast and music is all that is needed. I can not think of a better way to spend 20 bucks. It is B.Y.O.B. Make it if you can. A good time is sure to be had by all.
