Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has any "reviews" on this sleeping bag.
I am looking for something exactly like this to buy, it has a 30* temp rating, 650 power fill down, pretty lightweight, and best of all, it's pack size is something like 12x5" i think, and best of all it's only $100.
If anyone has anything to say about this bag, let me know

My comment is that it's not a 30* bag, that's it's extreme rating. You won't die from a 30* night, but you won't sleep either. It's a 5*-10*C comfort rating bag. (http://www.lafuma-boutique.com/29/R-10468/2485.htm) That equals 40-50*F. Don't believe the hype, believe the euro ratings that they give on their european retail site, lafuma-boutique. If you're expecting an 800 gram may-september bag, then you're on the right track.

I have a lafuma pro950 (http://www.lafuma-boutique.com/29/R-10468/2485.htm). It's got more and higher fill down than the warmnlight 800 and it's barely a 30 bag with a base layer and a hat. It's got a 15* extreme rating. I used it all this past winter, and am happy with it, but I know it's limitations and have adjusted my expectations to go along with what I paid for it. I wouldn't pay retail.

What he said. Don't ever trust LaFuma rating as far as I'm concerned. They are light, cheap and packable, but not all that warm..

Add at least 10 degrees to the rating. 30 is 40. Probably ok for summer.
