Hey All -
I will be traveling to CT tomorrow, and I am wondering if anyone knows any cheap places to crash for the night near the trail.
I won't be hiking - so camping isn't much of an option. Are there hostels around - maybe a super cheap room?
I've ultimately got to make my way down to the southwestern part of the state.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. And hey - if you couch is available - that would work too! :D

You might try the Duchess Motor Lodge in Wingdale NY (845-832-6400). That's on Rt 22, north of Pawling, and about 3 miles west of the Trail. Also, pretty close to SW Connecticut.
