Carnation Instant Breakfast powder added to the milk is an extra 130 calories....2 table spoons of peanut butter is about 200 calories (PB on a tortilla should put you above the 400 mark). This gives a protein boost too.

Gotcha. I bulk buy carnation, a protein powder, hot cocoa and premix into mega instant breakfast mix, throw in a bagel BAM!

Try adding another snack or steady intake of gorp from breakfast to lunch to make up the 400 cal

I get powdered milk on cereal, but you don't drink that stuff do you?

Yuck.

Unrefined sugar and food coloring has its place. Or the artificially sweetened drink powers if you want to save weight and still kill the iodine taste and such.

To add calories to breakfast, dried fruit and nuts might be worth thinking of. Plus, you can eat tomorrows allocation today as a snack if you feel the need.

Little Debbies are hard to beat. MM, sugar.

Smear 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on each one of your snickers bars and that will give you another 400 calories.

You could also add 360 calories to your dinner...not sure what brand/type of mac & cheese you are using, but the shells and cheese that comes with the foil pack of cheese is 1000 calories per box...you are only listing 640.

Carnation Instant breakfast (I think) adds at least 150 cal per pack. I like to do 2 packs chocolate with hot water for breakfast. There is 300 cal for ya.

You are doing good adding Olive oil to dinner, adds calories and helps keep you warmer at night.

To get more calories add in 2 mini meals (large snacks) during the day - instead of adding more calories to breakfast. That way you will have more energy maintained :)
