GMT-5 with daylight savings is GMT-5+1=4. My settings are the same and on the bottom of my screen it says: "All times are GMT -4. The time now is 22:13."
One more time. Can I get any help?

What's that mean? Is vBulltin's time (automatically adjust for daylight savings time) off?
"All times are GMT -5. The time now is 21:18."
OK I had to change it to daylight savings time corrections always on.
It's like this in another vB forum I frequent. Wonder what's up?
