Hey -- I haven't been to WB for a while and have noticed people with questions about "Hikes In The Whites" -- the lovely White Mountains of NH - Presidential Range, etc. I highly recommend going to the following site:
www.mountwashington.org (http://www.mountwashington.org) Go to Forums -- then "White Mountain Hikes" -- these people are unbelievably helpful and so knowledgable here at this forum. They are constantly hiking and posting trip reports -- and will answer any questions you have and offer advice, etc.

If you are planning a hike in the Whites - --- really, check this out and ask lots of questions. (I don't mean to minimize any advice given here about NH Hikes --- I truly didn't have time to read any of it -- just checked in and saw some threads on Mt. Wash. and the Whites, etc.)

Now - get going and check it out!!! If you haven't been to this site - you won't believe you luck at such a discovery!!!

You could be a little more subtle about spamming by putting it in your signature like I did with my website, instead of making it the focus of all three of your posts.

Oh -- ok, I didn't realize. I don't post much here -- so just wanted to get the word out. I am not associated with MWO, but just found these forums really helpful in the past. Guess, if I post more I could use it as a tag line. It just seems that the site is a real gem for people who don't live close and wanted information Specifically on The Whites - not necessarily on just the AT.

Sorry, Sheri, not everybody is as subtle at spamming as Totem.

Something I've never done, but it here it goes -

Some real spam - check out my book site on www.lauraleebliss.com (http://www.lauraleebliss.com/) and buy some great summer reading material, esp for women. I have over a dozen great historical and contemporary inspirational romance titles with more coming this fall.

PLEASE helping a fellow hiker buy her next tent.

There. Whew.

:D
