Its the Nolichucky River Campground & Hostel. It sits right beside the USA Rafts & NOC-Nolichucky.
Heading north: After Johnny's. You walk the hillside trail above the road & river. Before you cross the wood bridge to enter Jones Branch Hollow, you turn toward the road through the trees. And enter the campground/NOC property.

Ops, yes, Nolichucky, not French.. been a while since I've been kayaking/rafting in those parts!

Its a nice place from what I remember. Especially when you want to get away from the crowd at Johnnys. And more space to put up a tent. But I can't remember what services NRC offers. Its been 3 years since I walked around it.
