Does anyone know how the parking is at Ashby Gap? Plan on hiking that 70 miles the 4th of July week

Not right at Ashby Gap, but if you go about 0.2 mi. north from US50 on VA601, there is a small lot on the left. Despite there being a small sign, it is easy to miss, and down a steepish access road. From the parking area there is a blue-blaze that connects to the AT.

Yeah the road is not fun, at least it wasn't a few years ago.
