My friend recently gave me his Mountain Hardwear Dihedral Backpack.
And I was wondering is this big enough for an end to end of the Long Trail?
Right now i got a jansport humblot 88 they i have had for years. The humbolt can be too much some times. So i was wonder is the Dihedral big enough for an end to end?

That is totally up to how you hike lol. I'm a packrat so I carry an 85 liter pack

The only way to answer that is by knowing what gear you have or will be purchasing to use; knowing how much water the area necessitates you carry; how often you intend/are able to resupplyhow much clothing the weather dictates you carry.

It looks too small if you're used to a large pack. Are you really ready to cut your pack size in half?

And that's still a heavy pack (over 3.5 lbs) for such a small bag, not the best for reducing pack weight. That pack is designed to carry climbing hardware and to be hauled up a rock face on the end of a rope, not for a thru hike.

Here is what I am using. It is not the most expensive pack in the world, but it has been a great pack for me this season
