Is there a way to automatically subscribe to any thread I post in so that I can easily track any responses to my posts?

Go to thread tools near the top of the page.
Click the down arrow to drop down the box.
Click on "subscribe to this thread".
That will send you email notifications.

To subscribe to all threads you post in go to User CP (menu bar above)>>Edit Options (left side under Settings and Options>>Default Thread Subscription Mode (within the Messaging and Notification box). There are several options in the drop down box.

Another way to do it is to click on your own username in one of your posts, click "view public profile", then choose "find all threads started" from your 'Statistics' tab and save it to your favorites.
