First off, I'd like to say hello and that these forums have already been a help to me with hiking preparations. I'm considering a thru-hike, NOBO, in 2010 and so have been looking through a lot of your information.
I was looking to do a hike in the next week or so with a buddy of mine, however and was wondering where the best spots to drop cars would be. The closest AT stop point from us would be Wind Gap, PA. We are planning to do only a two-night hike (three days) at about 10 mile days (upping the mileage would not present an issue, however).
Any suggestions as to two drop spots roughly 30-40 miles apart in the region?
