This trek my sister and I added Gold Bond Triple Action foot cream to our gear. Talk about a foot saver!!! Never one blister or hot spot. Highly recommend this. It's the one in the blue tube.

I have fairly decent results with Gold Bond powder, also. I rub it all over my feet before I go, and also spray a fine mist of it into my socks before I shoe up.
