Ramps

In the recent (sept. - oct.) publication of ATN there is an article on Ramps, it is now illegal to harvest these plants in G.S.M.N.P. however harvest is still acceptable (permitted) on U.S. Forest Service Lands outside of the National Parks.

Any comments, concerns, issues, experiences regarding this topic?
