Got to spend a too-short amount of time talking to Totally Different Subject this weekend at the Feed in Duncannon.

While we were talking about his prosthetic he said (comparing it to what was amputated):

"The great thing about this one is, it's two pounds lighter! And that's WITH the shoe!"

Just a clarification --
He wasn't actually hiking, instead driving in with Spoonman. But he looks great, was upbeat and excited to see friends, and had a great time.

I'm sure he'll be on trail again.
