Moonstone bag help

I just picked up a pair of moonstone "backpacker" synthetic sleeping bags. Does anyone have any info on this model? They are red and tag lists 28" x 74" finished size and 28oz fill wt. It is the same in appearence & size to my wife's 5'6" 800 fill MS goretex bag. Thanks for any help you can offer. The guy who sold them thought they were 40f temp bags, but not sure.
