First of all I have to say thank you to everyone for all the advice I have gotten from the forum. The help is invalueable! In an earlier post I asked about conditioning my body for a thru and I am ignorant on the definition of two terms -
1. 'base weight' ie get my base weight at/below 20 lbs
2. 'shake-down' ie take a few shake down trips
