I looked through several threads for this, so I apologize if already answered elsewhere.

I'm looking to buy or make a drink tube system for wide mouth 1-L bottles (either Nalgene or Aquafina bottles). I know Platy has one, but those have narrow mouths. Does anyone know if they are available? Has anyone made one?

Reasons: Wide mouths are easier to refill and pour powdered-mixes into. I like the convenience of the drink tube while hiking. I like to be able to see how much water I have left.

I use the wide mouth bottles as a hydration system and used to carry the adapter in my store, but my suppliers don't currently carry it. You might try getting the adapter for the MSR dromedary bags - they are the same size as the Nalgene Canteens.

Get a Camelbak better bottle...
