Has the "Reply" function been removed from the Gallery?

I believe the lack of a reply function is because of the category it is in.

maybe wilconow is right!
The "Post Reply" button is in John Gault's link, but not in mine? :-?
I tried unsuccessfully to post screen shots to show both links, but trust me, they are different.

John Gault's link goes to a different Gallery than your original link, though it's the same photo.
