iam planning to hike from newfound gap to elkmont going by the goshen prong trail little river trail way.has anyone done this trail lately .:)

I was down that trail a couple weeks ago. Weeds were kinda thick, but manageable. I notified the park that they should get someone up there to cut weeds. I would expect that by Sept you wouldnt have any problems.
