MontBell Alpine Light Down Parka...currently on sale at ProliteGear.com. It's not a super-warm belay type jacket, but is warmer and lighter than a heavyweight fleece, especially good for shoulder seasons.

I use the Montbell Down Inner Jacket (http://www.montbell.us/products/disp.php?cat_id=70&p_id=2301283). I've used down into single digit temps. And it only weighs 7 ounces.

If you're a guy, the lighter down jackets are adequate.

The shell weighs the same whether you put two ounces of down in it or eight, why not put enough in it so that you won't freeze. If you really want to pare ounces, get a quilt like a Nunatak or JRB. Get a JRB down hood, sew velcro to the stand up collar of a down vest like a Western Mountaineering or Feathered Friends, and get a set of JRB down sleeves.
