I am going to be headed back out to the trail at the end of July/beginning of August, and will be starting up in NH.
I don't know if I'll go through the Whites, or just start hiking south...and know what to expect, weather-wise, in that area (anything), but am wondering about the rest of New England.
My question is regarding weather, temps, and what I can get away with without having to break out full cold weather gear. For instance, can I get away with my 45 degree bag and a liner, or do I need to get my 20 degree bag back out?
I'll be bringing out thermals, and a long sleeve shirt and pants, but will I need to pack out the fleece as well?
