hey everyone just a little update on our PCT thru hike. We are in Etna California right now taking a well deserved zero day (crazy heat wave going on right now). Almost out of california woooooooooo only a few more days and well be in Oregon. It has been amazing so far 1600 miles down 1100 to go.

Stop in Seiad Valley Cafe. It's under new ownership, but the omelets are still good! Stop in Ashland and check out Lithia Park. Play some frisbee. Great co-op and decent hostel there too.
The first thru-hikers I saw were Boone and Mussa when I was going south between Seiad Valley and Etna about 9 days ago on Jul 20.

Anyone know where "the pack" is at? I'm gonna be on the trail later this week (by Odell Lake @ Hwy 58 (Willamette Pass)), and I'm hoping to be a step ahead....
