Salmon and Artichoke Pasta
serves 1

1 3 oz pouch salmon
3 T dried artichoke hearts
(http://www.onepanwonders.com/artichokes.htm)2 T dried peas
1 T freeze dried black olives (http://www.packitgourmet.com/Black-Olive-Slices-p303.html) (http://www.packitgourmet.com/Black-Olive-Slices-p303.html)
1/2 cup cooked and dehydrated pasta (spirals)
1 t vegetable boullion
salt, pepper and olive oil to taste

At home: combine all of the dry ingredients in a zip locking plastic bag. You can place the foil pouch of salmon in the bag for storage.

In camp: remove the salmon. Add enough hot water to cover the noodles. Stir well and place in a cozy for 5 minutes. Stir in the salmon. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil before serving.
