What are the weather conditions in Maine through to VIrginia was in MArch and April.

What exactly did you want to know? This Spring was pretty damp with gentle on and off showers. Pretty cold and windy in March and early April as a rule, nice in late April, but then watch for blood-suckers in May and June. In the mtns temps get to the freezing point till mid-May or so.
