Spokes,

Your last journal entry on trailjournals.com really tells a great story of the hike up Katahdin. Thanks to your videos, my family now has a little better idea of what it is like climbing Big K.

I would think breaking "Legs/Feet" into Toes, Feet, Ankles, Shins, Knees, and Hips would be better........:D

All my pain, REALLY BAD, was in the first 700 miles, then it kind of faded away. Always have a lingering pain here-or-there, but nothing major.

If you'll use a condom when self pleasuring Warghyy, it will provide some lube and the clean up is much easier.:eek::eek:

My feet, but it's because my feet no longer fit well in my old boots. A little moleskin helps, and I'll be getting new boots in the next week or two.

The first night after a long hike, I get leg cramps about half the time.

Feet and lower legs at first, then when they start getting into shape the back and upper spine and shoulders get jealous and start their whining too.

Well actually the upper back is getting better now that I am learning to put more of my (now lesser) weight on my hips instead of my shoulders.

It gets a little better every year, so it keeps up with getting older, and basically comes out even.
