Here are YouTube links to two videos that I particularly like.
"Train Hard, Win Easy" is something of a video montage of Kenyan running that was compiled by Toby Tanser. The video quality is a bit lacking, but it's still great to watch anytime you need a boost:

ChasingKimbia is a long series about Kenyan running. One episode that I particularly like is called "Mountains." It is about a 6 min. segment of a team training in Boulder, CO.

In my opinion, there is a lot that can be drawn from them and applied to distance hiking. Especially their attitude -- they seem to run with joy.
