Looking to plan a trip for February in the Blacksburg/New River Valley (VA) area. Not having a lot of luck finding a place to camp. Trying to find something that has restrooms and water and can accomodate a group of 10-15 hikers.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
I think the hunting camp campground next to and run by the country store on Va 606 off of VA 42 near crandon, va, is open all year long. Has showers, toilets and tent space. Its not meant as a hiker campground but folks do stay there. I forget the name of the place but someone will remember.

That's funny, I actually, just made reservations for their. It's the Radford Sportsman.
