Heading out at the end of month in south VA. Wondering if we'll run into some SOBO's? What do you think?

Last Saturday morning in Groseclose I was speaking to the lady at the service station, she related "that she had seen her first SOBO that morning."

CoolBreeze reported the first SOBO at Neel Gap the other night so there should be SOBO's trickling through Virginia now. . .
