On-line trail journal

How does one start an on-line trail journal? My idea was to mail weekly updates to my girlfriend, who would then post them on-line. I guess my question is, what website do you go to to post?

There's also postholer.com. Postholer gives you the option to send your entries in by email. So you could use something like a Peek device or a fancy phone and compose all your journal entries as emails, then when you have service, send them to postholer and voila! Your journal is updated.

I used trailjournals because as a reader I like reading trailjournals journals better.

You could use something like blogger, too, but people who you don't know who like to read each year's new crop of trail journals will never find yours.

I send a friend texts from my phone and she posts them to trailjournals..worked great. Very few places where I didn't have service.
