I know this isn't hiking related but my sweetheart loves loose fitting "flannel nightgowns". Long sleeved (non elastic) and ankle length... Thought I might be able to get help locating some of high quality. Maybe even made in USA.
The best I've seen so far were LL Bean.

Try Cabelas too, I have one of theirs that is really nice.
Lands End, Woolrich, just google it, something tells me you will find more info than you want.
