Game Camera

I could use some pointers on a game camera for the back 40. I just found out that is what I will get for Christmas. Wee, I guess. Help.

What would you be sure to get if you did it again?

Cold weather restrictions?

Must have features?

I'd rather have a big box of socks, but I don't get a vote.:)

features, well number 1 is that it must work!!! many do not, I have several. If they fire off heat source, forget it, they only work when it is very cold and only rarely. Motion, fired you need to be able to adjust the sensitivity unless you like looking at windy days. I raise chickens and use the camera to find out what is raiding the hen house and what time. I do not want to trap a cat or dog, but if it is a fox or coon they need to be relocated. For my purpose a simple black and white snap shot is fine. also think batteries, a large 6 volt dispposable is 6 bucks, last 2-3 weeks. or 6 d cells- same story. You need a rechargable.
