Has anyone here ever got their 4oz fuel canister and pocket rocket to fit in the MSR Titan kettle?
I saw the cutaway view somewhere, tried it at the house and the lid on the kettle will NOT go on.
Do I need a bigger/heavier hammer?

just cut the bottom few inches off the fuel cannister.

Depends on how old your kettle is. I think they changed some dimension on them years ago. I bought mine in late 2003. I'm able to fit a 4 oz canister and a steel Giga stove in my Titan kettle. :)

Idiot ! Don't you think I've already tried that! I used a hack saw.
The aloe vera really helps with the healing and pain.

Try the 3.5oz Snowpeak / Jetboil canisters?

I might give it a try but the cut away view shows the 4oz MSR canister and the pocket rocket, sans case, fitting inside the titan kettle and the lid on.
Thanks for the suggestion though.
BTW, Do you know the dimensions of the snowpeak cans?

3.5" diameter, 2.5" tall.
