Not for on the trail, but great at home if you use a pumice on your feet.
Cupped side is great for heels or curves. Convex side for little spots, or flat spots.
If you have dainty feet, you would want a finer texture pumice. This is coarse. The handle will allow you to bear down more than you should so use caution.
I would get a new one immediately if I "lost" this one.
