Are there any aftermarket lids available for the 12cm Imusa mugs? I guess something along the lines of what is being offered by Jason Klass for the Snow Peak mugs?

that is an excellent question, I'm sure there's got to be something out there that is a found item and just perfect for the application. I'd like to hear someone come up with it.

I've heard this IMUSA grease pot lid fits one of the IMUSA mugs but I haven't seen it in any stores yet:

The IMUSA grease pot lid fits really well with a simple modification. I just had to cut a notch out for it to fit down over the handle, it took about five seconds. I also replaced the massive knob with a much smaller/lighter knob. I have been very happy with it . The lid actually fits tight enough that I can put stuff loose in it and not worry about the lid coming loose and dumping the contents.

For some reason I can't get the image to display. I have multiple pictures on my blog of it:

K-Mart near me had the IMUSA grease pot a year or so ago, dunno if they have it now.
Why not just use this grease pot, it's one quart, has a handle:

If anyone knows a store that has it it shouldn't be more than $5 or so.
