a fairly easy 16 miler over in Harlan, Kentucky next Saturday. fun race. come if your close and run off the apple pie

My wife is running that one! This will be her fourth year doing it and it's her favorite trail race. Look for a tiny Japanese lady and yell "Gooooo Keiko!"

Really appreciate you saying hi and talking to her -- always nice to have someone there to talk to. Keiko loves doing that race and hopes to go again next year. She ran it in 3:19 and was really happy with her time. Barring injury, we're both running a half marathon at Berry College, Rome, GA the first Sat. in March. Hey, I'll see you at Berry. Running it with my daughter who is in her final semester at Berry. She & I both ran in a 5k today. We were both pleasantly surprised with our times.
