Great picture !!! Tis better to take responsibilty and try to catch the football than to have indecision as to which favorite to pass the ball to, if indeed one can throw the ball ? :p

Thanks again,
Chip

Eya- it's too bad you have to turn every thread into Kerry bashing.

But since you feel the need to post pictures, here are a few for you:

Me thinks my favorite website is being hijacked by zealots. :(Welcome to PolitcalBibleThumperBlaze.com, A Community of Politcal Activists and Religious Zealots.

And here you thought the Whiteblaze/Blueblaze and jump-off-the-Hanover-Bridge threads were out of control :)

It'll pass. Remember, it's always darkest before the storm.

Or something like that. :-?

And let's not forget to kick wingy around some more...

. . .in the interests of ideological consistency, you might want to get rid of that picture of the guy holding the "No WMD's Here" sign, since a.) protestwarrior.com is a conservative web site and b.) the picture on the sign shows Kurds who were gassed to death by Saddam's forces.

After all, wouldn't want your presentation to marred by any unfortunate--ahem--nuances.

:)I couldn't name all the out of control threads, so I picked my two favorites.

I see you list your location as the South Carolina Foothills. Are you familiar with the Foothills Trail? What's the weather in South Carolina typically during the first week in November?

Frosty, I hiked the Foothills Trail last January, and met Frank halfway through the hike. Here is a link to my journal.

I've hiked it so often, and met so many people on it that I can't remember them all! I think that the time you mention was close to the SORUCK?

The Foothills Trail has been my favorite for awhile, but I'm gonna do the Bartram soon. It's supposed to be really nice as well.

You can actually get to the AT from the FT by using the BT as a connector.

Yes, we met at the SORUCK last January.

I'm planning a hike of the Bartram Trail right now. I'm also coordinating a conference at Table Rock State Park for next spring, and several folks are thinking about hiking in using the Bartram - Chattooga - Foothills trails. Model-T is probably going to be hiking in using that route, as are several other interesting folks.
