Knee Doc recommendation in central NC

Anybody got a good go-to Doc for knee problems, located in central NC (raleigh/chapel hill/g'boro areas closest)???

Looking for somebody with good background in sports medicine, and doesn't believe surgery is the best (or first) answer for every problem.

You're in the university area. I'd go to a sports med dr linked with the university. Or call up a reputable running shop and ask who they would recommend.

Look up Doctor Weller(?) in High Point. He's replaced my mom's knee and hip. He also worked on my arm when I broke it in three places playing basketball. If you need his information hit me up. I'll get his info from my mom.

They told me I'd never be able to straighten my arm, but he got me to nearly 100%!
