Anyone have any experience with this bag? Lafuma Pro 650G Down 30.
Got a chance for a good price but can't find any reviews on it.
Thanks,

I have the 950. I like it. For me, it's good to about 30 on it's own. Google "lafuma 650 sac du couchage" to find the EN temperature ratings which will give you the real temp rating, though on a french site. I'm guessing you got a super light, excellent 2 season bag.

If it is in French then they will use Celsius not Fahrenheit.

indeed, google calculator will take care of that for you. I found the EN comfort rating of 7 degrees centigrade, which is 44* F.

I may be wrong but that site only shows the synthetic bag, not the down. There is a link for Lafuma "Duvet" which I think is down but there is no Pro 650 down bag listed.

Here are some comments on a review over at BPL (http://www.backpackinglight.com/cgi-bin/backpackinglight/forums/thread_display.html?forum_thread_id=8657) with a comment from Lafuma customer support on temp ratings. I think it's worth buying if you know what you're getting. It compares favorably on spec with other 32*-35* bags like the TNF Kilo and Marmot never winter and you're getting it for cheap.

I have a Lafuma 1600 Down Bag and really like it. The only beef I have with it is that some of the down is poofs out when I am in it. It's just a tiny bit and I cannot find where it is coming from.

However, can't beat it for $45. Yes, $45. I don't think the guy on Ebay knew what he was selling. I bought four brand new off of him. I sold the rest.
