Sheesh!! There's a lot of people jonesing to get out there worse than I am.

I keep checking Trail Journals daily.

Almost all the new updates are prequels. (prehike posts the right term??) I've only found Second Stage and Farmah posting updates of actual hiking.
I impatiently sift through looking for the real deal.

This will change soon, I'm sure, as the february starters get to Franklin and computer access.

I'll be in Franklin for the April Fools bash and then continue hiking north from NOC. It can't come too soon for me. I want to do it instead of reading about it.

On trail journals they have a link for those who already hiking and those about it to hike. It's in upper right hand corner on the home page...a ton of people are starting soon...

Also Chef Rich is out there somewhere, I think He made to NOC,before the snow and blowdown beat him down. He was reporting on Trailphone.net

Along with second stage and fahmah, the journals I am enjoying of current hikers are Frankie The Sleeper, take this bread, and Brenda and Tom Carrington are back on the trail after a 2 week lay off. Also, lil buddha Eastern Continental Trail is pretty interesting
