Where can I buy replacement parts for my pack. Such as the plastic parts that hold my straps together?

if its not a homemade pack, you can sometimes give a call to the manufacturer and see if they'll just replace it.
north face alone has sent me like 11 buckles on different parts of one my packs. REI also sells buckles based on strap sizes.

I had a broken hip clip. I have a golite pack. Emailed them and they sent me two replacement clips at no charge. Call or email the manufacturer
Go check any local shop. Around here they have "tool kit"/"tackle boxes" of doodads and thingys.

My local wally world has just started carrying all kinds of pack repair/replacement parts in the camping section next to the MH meals.
