Going Southbound starting June 27th and need to make it to Gorham, NH ON july 22nd in order to get to my brothers wedding on time. Most of these places are about 15 miles apart on avg

Date Day # Place 26-Jun 0 AT Lodge 27-Jun 1 Katahdin Stream CG 28-Jun 2 Abol Bridge 29-Jun 3 Rainbow Stream Lean-to 30-Jun 4 White House Landing ZERO? 1-Jul 5 Cooper Brook Falls Lean-To 2-Jul 6 Sidney Tappan Campsite 3-Jul 7 Chairback Gap Lean-to 4-Jul 8 Wilson Valley Lean-to 5-Jul 9 Monson, Maine TOWN 6-Jul 10 ZERO 7-Jul 11 Moxie Bald Lean-to 8-Jul 12 Pleasant Pond Lean-to 9-Jul 13 Caratunk, Maine TOWN 10-Jul 14 West Carry Pond Lean-to 11-Jul 15 Avery Memorial Campsite 12-Jul 16 Stratton, Maine TOWN 13-Jul 17 ZERO 14-Jul 18 Spaulding Mountain Lean-to 15-Jul 19 Piazza Rock Lean-to 16-Jul 20 Oquossoc, Maine TOWN 17-Jul 21 South Arm Road 18-Jul 22 Andover, Maine TOWN 19-Jul 23 ZERO 20-Jul 24 Speck Pond Campsite 21-Jul 25 Gentian Pond Shelter 22-Jul 26 Gorham, NH

My biggest concerns are not really understanding the time needed to get into towns and what not. Like if I walk 15 miles into Monson, will I have enough time to stock up somewhere or if i wait to do it in the morning will i have enough time to make it to the next stop? And in regards to hitching, not sure how far some of the towns are from the trail itself.
Is that too many Zeros? Should I take them in different places? I just have to make sure i arrive in Gorham OOONNN the 22nd of july, I guess one day early couldnt hurt but definitely not later. Am I being over confident?

Any feedback would be great so I can tweak this. Im not looking to be as specific for the rest of the trip because I wont have any time restraints like I do with the wedding.

Why not?
But the best plan is no plan.
It may be good to have one starting out, but I wouldn't try to hold to it.
Your hike can be more enjoyable if you go with the flow.
You can always hitchike to, or back to, Gorham from wherever you are at the time.

The Thru-Hike Planner lists Katahdin to Gorham at 297.9 miles.
If you hike 12 miles per day, You'll be in Gorham on July 22nd.

25 or so days to go 300 miles is definitely doable. You can't exactly dawdle but you are not killing yourself either. You may even find as you get your legs you may make more miles. I know it's a new adventure and it's fun looking through the handbook and planning where you will be each night. I did it to. Hell, I still do it, but in the end the prearranged schedule never goes with me. A plan is just something to deviate from. Yes I know you have to be in Gorham by July 22nd for the wedding. Don't complicate it more than that. You have done the research, I and others will tell you it's doable, you have a little less than a month to go 300. Have a blast. If you fall a little behind I'm sure you can catch a shuttle from Andover. Unless of course you are one of them there purists. In which case I regret even having responded to your question. I say good day sir!

Definitely doable, but not much room for error. You could easily drop the zeros in Stratton and White House landing. If you could leave any earlier it would be better.

White house landing is a great spot for a rest, good food good people. Seems your plan is about right.

I would never go via an itinerary, its bound to change no doubt. But yours looks quite reasonable.

Also there are so many nice places to camp in Maine. You don't have to go by shelters.
