I just received my Appalachian Pages today. What a great resource!

Any ideas on binding the pages?

Thanks

I just put mine in a freezer bag with the current page on top. As I hiked a section, I would burn or throw away the pages that I already hiked.

I really got chewed out here for suggesting you just use the downloaded version and forgo actually buying the book. Tread lightly. A lot of moral indignation around here.

I laminate mine with lightweight plastic lamination sheets and trim off all extra. I am only section hiking now but even 15 pages don't weigh much.

I picked up the 2009 version for $5.00. I am also section hiking so I figured 09 would be fine.

Any kinko's, staples, or local copy shop will be able to set you up.

I use the pages I cut out of a 2005 version of Wingnut.
The trail is basically the same and the further north you get, the more vaguely inaccurate the details become. All the major roads and landmarks are where they need to be, so it works fine. The numbers don't need to be that accurate. I cross check with the ALDHA online companion now and then, but I'll finish my hike, eventually, using the 2005 Wingnut I began with.
