Buy online or try Ocean Outfitters on North Howe Street in Southport.
They might have it.

yeah but the neoair is a new material that thermarest hasnt used before. will the same kit work?

the outfitter here in southport only sells crocs and columbia jackets, they mainly rent kayaks and do tours.

Thermarest sells two kits, one for their self inflating mattresses and the one for the NeoAir. I have the 25 X 77 NeoAir, The Fast and Light Kit is the kit they say to use with the NeoAir.
I just googled outfitters in Southport, NC. It was just a shot in the dark.

They show the kit at the bottom of the NeoAir Page. Link above.

Since the neoair has lifetime warranty, What exactly does it covers?

Warranty covers manufacture defects. If you poke a hole in it then it's on you. I keep these repair kits on hand, because I could tear up an anvil.

Thankfully, I've never had to use them.

This is why I couldn't justify the $160 or so for what seems like a glorified pool raft.
On top of it, I bet the Neoair cost half the price of a prolite to make.
Marketing....I guess it works.

I thru hiked the pct with the Neo, It did get two holes in it but they are very easy and cheap to fix.. Go to the bike shop and get a "Park" brand glued bicycle tube patch kit, they are the old school bike tube patches that use glue. Easy, Fast, cheap, small and light and bomber. No one should ever have to worry about popping their Neo ever again.. and I didn't even get my holes in the desert.

the best way to patch it IMO is to simply place an iron on it, but you must be careful. check out this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kumSl-cbLlY

My Large NeoAir is the $169.00 price tag, Ouch!!
I paid $135 from Basegear. Plenty of pad though at 25 X 77.
