Just a tid bit. The draw string at the bottom of my precip jacket came undone from where it was sewn . I sent it in for repairs/replacement. They were happy to just replace the jacket and were able to give me a different color (upon request). My son wants me to put a dancin bananna for them :banana...
i've gotten excellent service from them as well...
Good to know! I just recently bought a new Precip jacket. Hopefully I won't ever have a problem with it, but good to know they stand behind their stuff.

Marmot has recently replaced zippers on two separate jackets for me, quickly and no questions asked. A long time ago they replaced an entire jacket when the fabric delaminated, with a better model. I've always been very happy with them. Glad you got a good resolution, too.

I purchased the Precip and the Zeus 800 Down Jacket.
They are both awesome jackets. IMHO
Glad to know they take care of their customers.
