My son-in-law just dropped $20 bucks on a iPood. You know the aluminum, collapsable poop trowel.
He has yet to earn a trail name and I'm thinking this gear purchase should play a part in it. Any suggestions?

You could let others choose it for you but look at some of the suggestions posted above.
You could pick your own and not end up with something embarrasing.
I still can't think of a good one for me.

Heavier trowel too!
I've broken so many of those plastic trowels over the years on hard soil. I now use this one by Montbell that hasn't failed me yet.

Well they were all pretty good but that one stuck out to me. Actually...they all stuck out just about. Ok..nvm.
i just got a new pair of boots that come with built in "heels" that do this for me. Yeah multitasking!
