Does anyone know a good loop trail around harpers ferry thats about 3 days long.

there really aren't any good 3 day loops in that area. There are the Stone Fort and Loudoun Heights trail both of which are maybe one night if you are really slow. Your best option is probably to go north or south on the AT then head back.
