Anyone ever tried this powered shortening? Seems like it would be super handy on a thru, easier to carry, easier cleanup, less messy spills, etc.

I wouldn't take it. I refuse to eat anything that is partially hydrogenized.

I would just get the little olive oil packs.

Dats what I do. Well, not the whole bottle, but a little four ounce plastic bottle with the flip-top lid I got from REI for a buck.

Wrap it in a sandwich bag and stick it in a ziplock for no mess, and one goes in each and every resupply box.

When my dinner has rehydrated and is ready to eat, I squirt a healthy portion on my food and it makes it just right.

What a JOKE!!!..I checke dit out..Tried to click on the link for the on-store..NOTHING..When I go to free samples it wants me to enter my personal information then MAYBE I'll get a free sample..It then asks if I want to order the water now, it provides a link to the (again) online store..NOTHING..This is a scam if I've ever seen one..AND being dehydrated, don't you still have to use "real" water to RE- hydrate it?? What a Joke!!!

Transfats are illegal in Denmark. My wife and I like to call it Danish Poison.
