:confused: I am curious, perhaps no one on this site knows either, BUT, what happens to Montbells seconds, irregulars, & returns ( for what ever reason)? Do they have a site where these items can be bought "as is" with "no warranty"? Like I said, just curious.
Not to my knowledge but I'd give them a call in CO and ask (toll free 877-666-8235): I've found them extremely helpful and willing to take whatever time's needed to answer questions.

I live a few miles from the flagship in Boulder. Don't think they do this online, but in the store they have a huge clearance area. This past week it looked like all of last year's models. I don't believe I've seen damaged stuff in there ever. It's not like REI's garage sale.

:D I have done this, on a regular basis, and found some good deals available, but I just thought that IF they had returns (from what ever reason) that a person could get it much cheaper. When you try to live on a country pastors salary, you have to watch every penny. Thanks "bigcranky"
