has anyone hiked the Piedmont trail?

I am looking at hiking the Piedmont trail in sept. but can not find info on it. does anyone know where to find info on this trail?

Its a day hike only, if it is the one in Greensboro. But it interesects with the Mountains to Sea Trail.
