What happened to the Old Mill in Damascus?

Wondering if the Old Mill in Damascus, VA is still out of business. If so, why not return Trail Days to the Old Mill site?

Last time I was there, a bus load of kids from a church youth group were all setting up tents...under and all around the "no camping" sign. :) (grassy area between the mill and that parking lot a few yards downstream)
